Founded in 1889 in Yokosuka, Aichi Prefecture, BANKAKU has spent over 130 years crafting prawn crackers that honour the natural gifts of the sea. Our flagship YUKARI traces its roots to the Edo era, when prawn delicacies were presented to the Tokugawa Shogunate. Today, we bring that same tradition and heartfelt craftsmanship to Singapore.
